Fill out my client questionnaire and I will write a custom, full length training cycle designed specifically for you based on your fitness goals. This includes all of the sets/reps to be performed for the duration of the program, as well as weight progressions for the primary exercises, and a detailed notes section describing exactly how to execute each individual training session properly. All of the guesswork is taken out of the equation for you and you simply have to put in the work and the results will follow. Additionally, 16 week programs are split up into two distinct 8 week training blocks, basically 2 programs in 1!
